The Institute of Aerospace Medicine (IAM), Indian Air Force is the only Institute of its kind in South East Asia that offers a Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Aerospace Medicine. The course is of three years duration and is interdisciplinary in nature; taking inputs from diverse fields like medicine, physiology, psychology, biophysics, and bioengineering etc. The course has a mix of both research and clinical training.
