• Candidate fees for an application that has remained inactive or incomplete shall be forfeited as of 31 December, four (4) full calendar years following the year of receipt of the candidate fee, i.e. applications received in 2000 that have remained inactive as of 31 December 2004 will be forfeited.

• A candidate who has written and passed the Evaluating Examination more than five (5) years ago, may be eligible for an extension to his/her pass standing (see Section 11(C)). If not, the candidate must submit the following when applying to rewrite the examination:

- Application: A new, complete application, including all supporting documentation, certified and submitted in accordance with the Application Procedures laid out in Sections 6(A) through (H) of this pamphlet.

- Fee: $1,000.00 CAD (examination fee of $800.00 CAD plus a non-refundable credentialing fee of $200.00 CAD). The original credentialing fee paid is forfeited.
