COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION 2004
FINAL RESULT
The following is the list, in order of merit, of the candidates who have been recommended for appointment to medical posts in the Railways, Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service, Central Government Health Service and Municipal Corporation of Delhi on the result of the Combined Medical Services Examination 2004 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 18.01.2004, for recruitment to Medical posts under the Central Government and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The figure shown before the names are the Roll Numbers of the candidates. A total number of 416 candidates recommended for appointment include 205 General (including 07 Physically Handicapped candidates), 116 Other Backward Classes (including 01 Physically Handicapped candidate), 68 Scheduled Castes and 27 Scheduled Tribes candidates.

Appointments to the various posts will be made according to the number of vacancies available.
2. In accordance with Rule 13 & 14 of the Combined Medical Services Exam., 2004 (as amended), the commission is maintaining a consolidated Reserve List of 78 candidates which includes 39 General, 36 Other Backward Classes and 03 Scheduled Castes candidates ranking in order of merit below the last recommended candidates under respective category.
3. U.P.S.C. has a Facilitation Counter near Examination Hall Building of its campus. Candidates can obtain any information/clarification regarding their examinations/recruitments on working days between 10.00 hours to 17.00 hours in person or over telephone Nos. 23385271/23098543 from this Counter. However, marks on the website will be available after 15 days from the date of declaration of results.
4. In case any of the candidates is desirous of obtaining printed/hard copies of the mark-sheets of the above mentioned examination, he/she should forward the request to the Commission along with self-addressed stamped envelope within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the result.
