Start reading OHCS (to be finished in one month)
Apply for PLAB part one
3 months prior
Start first revision of OHCS (to be finished in 15 days)
Start doing questions from this book
Start lecture notes, surgery and other books. Try to finish them by end of this month
2 months prior
Review PLAB test format and exam pattern
Start practising for speed and accuracy on dummy answer sheets in this book
Assess how close you are to your goal
Verify your information on PLAB with your seniors
1 month prior
Pinpoint remaining weakness
Start second revision of OHCM (to be finished in one week)
Iron out weaknesses

Confirm receipts of admission ticket
Stay healthy (exercise, sleep)
Simulate PLAB I exam almost everyday. Try to improve on speed and accuracy.

Remember comfort measures (easy clothing, earplugs, etc)
Work out test site logistics such as location, transportation parking, etc.
Talk to some seniors about the exact test details
One day prior

Light review of this book. Skim through the confusas.
Get a good nights sleep (at least for 8 hours)
Day of exam

Since PLAB exam is usually in the afternoon, have a light breakfast and early lunch
Minimize bathroom breaks during exam by avoiding excessive morning caffeine
Check the material required for exam

Go through the strategy during exam chapter of this book
You may be provided a proper lunch on the exam venue just before the exam. Avoid over eating there as it may dull your reflexes
