If a candidate wishes to limit his/her center assignment possibilities, and to withdraw his/her application if this condition cannot be met, this must be specified in the space provided on the application form. (See section 4(B), Center Choice.) Once a center has been assigned, a request for a change will be considered only if received sixty (60) days prior to the start of the session and if a space is available at the requested center. A request must be made in writing and accompanied by the administrative fee of $100.00 CDN ($65.00 US).
Candidates must have met all requirements for a complete application in order to be assigned to a center.
The on-line scheduling dates will be posted on the MCC Website (www.mcc.ca) as soon as they are finalized and will also be provided on the Entrance Card. Candidates must schedule a date from the dates available at their assigned center. Scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis. At the time of scheduling, candidates will be issued a personal identification number (PIN) and should record this number in the space provided on the Entrance Card. Candidates must have this PIN to log on at the examination.
Please note: Candidates must enter their name into the scheduling system exactly as it appears on their Entrance Card. Any variation in the name will result in the candidate being denied access into the system and delay scheduling.
