Endometrial Carcinoma is associated with all conditions that produce High Estrogen Level. The risk factors are
1. Nulliparity
2. Late Menopause
3. Estrogen Therapy for
a. Osteoporosis
4. Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes Corpus Cancer Syndrome
5. Conditions with High Estrogen Levels
a. Fibroids
b. PCOD
6. DUB
7. Diet Rich in fat
8. Endometrial hyperplasia
9. Familial

Explanation
1. Obesity is a risk factor.
2. Family History is a risk factor.
3. Use of Hormone Replacement Therapy is a risk factor. But adding Progesterone nullifies this risk
4. Early Menopause is not a risk factor and late menopause is a risk factor.
