colonies of diphtheria:
now i developed this mnemonic fr myself 'coz bfore evry exam i had to look to it.may it b helpful it's a bit complicated but easy once u get it.

Frog's egg=Intermedius (FghI)
Poached egg=Mitis (PonM i.e. MnoP))
Daisy head=Gravis (DefG)
just get the first letter of anything(species or colony) asked in the ques and move leaving 2 letters ahead or backward(don need to remember which side coz if u move on the wrong side u'l not get any of the above letters)

so u just have to look into options and ques and see what makes a two letter difference
ex. which colony has frog's egg appearance
a.mitis
b.intermedius
c.gravis
d.
see that only letter i falls 2 letters away(FghI) so ans. is intermedius.(suppose you move wrong side then (CdeF) u'l see c won't get anything in the ans).

Here is another mnemonic. A FROG layed a intermediate sized egg,a Mity came and crush them to make poach and put them on daisy's head which is a grave situation.
