Yes indeed MPH is costly route but without MPH one needs to have USCE in form of observerships or clerkships or externships or whatever. Clerkship costs 3 lakhs, Observership 2 lakhs. MPH costs 12 lak ...

MPH route is the best because if you don't get matched then you can take up a job on the basis of MPH no need to come back. This is the benefit of MPH route.
