not tht i know of.

all they assess abt your fitness for their residency is done during the interview. never heard of any physical examination for residency aspirants.

it depends on your age and your previous academic levels. MLE is conceptual, and more clinical, even step 1.
not much cramming as for AIPGE. so you acn get good scores if your basics are clear.
