When we speak about meditation what comes in mind usually seating relax in solitude. When we speak about Meditation essentialy we should speak about spirituality in our life, beacause I think Meditation is realising self in purest form & realising god, tapping this energy. Surely Meditation will help us by this , but my question remains same if meditation is realising self then is concentrating on something or relaxation or chanting some mantras can be called as meditation.
Again I want raise a question that what is basic purpose of meditation? ( main aim meditation must be to achieve something all we are getting are byproducts of process).
