why do we have to do Hb, urine examination before any operative procedure?
A patient with CA larynx, has been admitted to u r ward. he has to be shifted to TATA hospital. what precautions will u take during shifting and what will u advise the patient?

u have a case of food poioning. what is the best test for diagnosing invasive diarrhoea in such a patient?
what advise will u give a patient of food poisoning while discharging him from the ward?
ENT-
uses, advantages and disadvantages, indications of portex tracheostomy tube and metallic tube??
what are the eqiupments required to be kept besides the bed of a patient whose tracheostomy is done?

D best way to prepare viva is present ur cases to ur friends,,,,,,,,,each 1 has his/her own set of doubts,,,,,,,,so u will atlst knw ur loopholes n defaults,,,,,,
Lets take an eg:-
1.u r on history---- d examiner will ask,,,,,,,Tell me whats d significance of asking Consanguinity in marriage???
n ur viva can go in allllllll directions if u dont cut it short wth precise clipped answers----u can say COnsanguinity is important for all Genetic n heriditary diseases like G6PD def n many autosomal n sex linked diseases

i am really scared of vivas u know every time i give a wrong answer or cannot answer to the examiner i feel embaressed! i feel i have done something terribly wrong!
