nasal cholesteatoma
is rhinitis caseosa
an uncommon condition
usually unilateral
usually males
nose is filled with offensive purulent discharge and cheesy material
sinus mucosa becomes granulamatous.
bony walla get destroyed,requiring differentiation from malignancy.
Rx is removal of debris andd GT and free drainage of sinus.
prognosis good
