Go to your scrapbook, on the right side of your computer screen you'll see a link named "[edit settings]".
You can use that to edit "preparing for"

thanks but why only entrance exams r mentioned in the list? a post graduate may not necesarily prepare for any entrance firstly he'll prepare for his final exam so subjects r not mentioned except ophthalmology, obs, surgery, psm
