there are no fellowships in Internal medicine in the US. there are fellowships in the subspecialties of IM.
Master degree in the US holds a TOTALLY DIFFERENT meaning from our indian context.
first try to understand the US system. then you will get a clear idea of how to proceed towards your ultimate goal.

What do you mean by "clearing usmle"?? Do you mean to say that you would pass the steps? I didn't understand what you meant there.
Prior experience in India in anesthesia is a positive on cv but no.of years from graduation are a big factor. They prefer younger graduates for anesthesia add it's a more competitive specialty.
From what I've heard research and publications aren't too important for anesthesia but high scores on both step 1 and 2ck are a must.
To summarize its impossible to answer your question as you are asking it even before you have given Usmle or have obtained any USCE and lors.
