Read notes..notes are easier to revise...guide books are difficult to revise..u may read it once to understand topics..o only mcq from guide books or volumes..and solve as many tests as possible..

Author: sawarkarPostPosted:     Post subject:

thanks for reply dr abhijeet .self made notes or coaching class notes like DAMS ? IS RATTA METHOD WINNER NOWDAYS IN NEET PG ? what say ?

Author: drabhijeetnPostPosted:     Post subject:

If u r attendig any coaching class, then the notes are better than those made from guide books..al the important topics are covred inclasses and if u find any topic for which questions are frequently asked then u can later add it to ur notes..ratta is must for entance a well as for university theory exams but first the concepts must b clear..only ratta will land u under the mode distribution of rank list..to get agood rank and branch of your choice the concepts must b clear so that u can apply the knowledge of ratta memory..

yes there were many factual questions.. very less repeats. best way is to read subject wise books in place of last years

It's better if u prepare your own notes n read them rather than reading the readymade notes of DAMS n etc available in the market...it's easier to understand n revise your own notes just before exams...n solving Mcqs plays a major role...improves your speed...which is required for exams.

Thank you all for the valuable points

It isn't of much use...it's more of spoonfeeding the topics...which hasn't been much useful in the present pattern...

Author: parth15PostPosted:     Post subject:

Are you sure? all throughout my previous years I've made notes for everything I've studied. im currently in final year, and still making notes. should i join DAMS / other coaching institutes during internship or just reuse my own notes? thanks in advance!

I would suggest to read and revise your notes thoroughly
make a schedule to solve a minimum of 100 questions per day and an hour for revision of revision books
You can have a look on the newly launched book "My PGMEE Notes" by CBS publishers? all the 19 subjects have been written in shortest possible way in just 800 pages with Mnemonics, Photographs, and images wherever necessary. overall a good book to add in daily revision schedule.
It has been written in a way that you can remember better and also is having many features that are totally student friendly and perfectly made for students like us
hope this helps[/b]
