Some solutions:

1. Disable any pop up blockers for RxPG. Just change the setting to "allow pop ups for this site".

2. Make sure your PC is not infected with spyware. Run some spyware removal tools.

3. Ensure that javascript is turned on in your browser. Google for how to turn on the javascript in browsers.

4. If it still does not solve, change your browser to firefox which is faster and more secure. RxPG works fine with it.

5. If still not solved, please send us the screen shots of what is happening and we will look for the exact reason for that.

We can assure that this problem is related to your computer or browser and is not from our side. Although if you have reasons to believe otherwise, let us know.

I try to PM other buddys . I click on Send and pop up closes fast. When I see messages in Sent box. There are no sent items.

Is there eligibility in terms of credits to PM ?

not able to open the received instant msgs
whenever I try to click to read a msg of error occurs

Message when sent to other users lands on the "Outbox" and stays there till recipient open the message, once message is opened by recipient it moves to "Sent" folder.

So any message that fails to show-up on the sent box means, the recipient is yet to open them.

not able to move to next pages in all the messages and we are able to stick in first page of the message only. pl check and resolve the issue.
