If you really think your basic is bad, than first of all clear your concepts..learn from your friends..
bcz witohut clearing concepts, i won't recommend you do mcqs..
if oyu've finished ug subjects nicely, then you won't have more problem in pg..
And enjoy vacation as after this you wont get any big vacations or more holidays..
so enjoy your vacation first..
3rd yr is quite easier..in 3rd yr complete your clinical of medicine and Sx and OBS [as much as you can finish..atleast 12-13chapters]

Do we study parsons for ophthal or khurrana is enough?

Tamal
Aim NEET PG

so all guys........where from your discussion about MCQ will start and praising this thread will end......be serious at least about your studies...

Tamal
Aim NEET PG

belive me....make khurana your main book and parson as back reference......else you wont remember anything,,,,friend fina;l year is yet to come,,,dont forget that,,,,,,

Nadisha wrote:

If you read parson, it's well and good..
but if you read khurana and use parson as refrence only when you don't understand anything from khurana than it'll be wise..
as in 3rd yr if oyu'll read clinical medicine and Sx more, more benifit in final yr..
so don't give much time for ophthalmo and ent..

nyk
Aim AIIMS

hey nadisha, i would say tht if u r doin concept based study then plez go for parson 1st wch ll make ur basics clear... n then read tht topic frm khurana ... if u cn rattofy everythin then khurana is d best..

little addition to ur sugession.
hi! i m sumeet,doing my MBBS 4rm bhopal.

i read ur forum,u sounds quite intrusting.u seems 2 b really worry abt ur studies,i may not b supirior than u in knowledge but still i donot completely agree wit u abt hard work .if dont agree wit me try urself.

hard work is only a road to the destination, try some smart work also it will act as speed to travel the path this will let u to go 1 step ahead wit others.believe it or not i m really good in it.

my h.o.d. of medicine says insted of reading only mcq for p.g.,try to read theory then make ur own mcq this will make u upgrade.

i agree 2 be ur online study friend if u too, then rply me n we will discus medicine at a larger glance.i study medicines 4rm my relatives, notes, lectures, books, doctors, internet etc.hence i can provide u a comparitively better option to study; the facts tat i revel will not to b found on any spesefic book by u.if u agree then lets start.

dr_pradeep2005
Aim MCh

@natu777... dude, i read Park atleast 5-6 times but still find it difficult to remember. But i've finished my university exams and now doing MCQs from Deepak MIshra (arora publishers). Man, they've changed my entire viewpoint. I was a fool not to do any MCQs this year, though i did have very little extra time from my roitine. If possible , buy this book and do it. it will help you gain the concepts and remember for your uni's as well as for pg entrances.

dr_pradeep2005
Aim MCh

@EM-J.. man, whats up? no one can "help" you "blend".. every1 is busy. why dont you introduce yourself to RxPG at the homepage of this website and try contributing to the topics meaningfull? Please don't post the same message over and over again, its distracting and annoying.. and i think it might violate some rules of the forum too..
