2. Biochemistry - Vasudevan or Satyanarayana?

histo difiore is the best...

anat use gray's for students.. wid grays or netter or lasts or mcminn for pics

bio chem both sathyanarayana and vasudevan wil cover 99% of the topics so not much 2 choose between them ... go for whichever u r comfortable wid

as 4 d anat atlas is concerned macminns atlas shows d actual photos of bones & dissected body whereas in Netter there r artistic sketches of anatomical figures showing clear distingtion between different structures. thus macminns atlas is helpful during dissection & Netter is helpful 4 our understanding.

If you r lookin 4 an atlas then Netter's Atlas is better.....but it doesn't have much theory in it....

Biochemistry - Vasudevan as well as Satyanarayna r equally good....I used Satyanarayana in my 1st yr and didn't have any problems with it....

Histology - I B Singh is more than enough for a 1st yr student....You can refer DiFiore's for better histology slides....
