The Mumbai doctors had to struggle for so many days to get an income raise, and in the end managed a handsome figure of Rs.12000 jumping like the indian sensex from Rs8000. But just read the article below and you will realize that amount would be the 1/10 of what a MBA pays for tax!
We work for 24/48 hrs continuous, handle urine and faeces, take the slaps of angry patients, study for 5.5 yrs + 3yrs +3 yrs + pg prep time, obscure the fact that we have families to attend too....and the list goes on and this is what we get at the end! Were the guys who opted for medicine a little less equal or less intelligent than there managemant counterparts?!
