Medics urge Ministers to help keep graduates in Scotland


Doctors leaders are urging Ministers to find jobs for a surplus of Scottish medical students, who are expected to graduate next year.

Around 90 extra students were accepted to study medicine four years ago, after an error in the admissions procedure. The British Medical Association wants the Executive to inject the cash to keep them north of the border.
