can anyone tell me that the notification published on the 9th december of delhi edition of hindustantimes stating that any person holding
50 % marks in 12th exam and persently studing
in a recognized university or was studying in a
recognized university till the screening test
rule was applied in 2002 are exempted from the
screening test or not ?
the above article in the news papper was stated by the union minister of the health , sushma swaraj
in the parliament .
help me regaing this issue

we have to write the exam dude. i did it from romania (iasi)
all my friends have already made past the exams, i haven't given it a try yet as i am bzy with other exams.
