in case of confirmed preganancy leave the cU T as such and continue with the pregancy........of course if she wants to continue with it.

remove the Cu-T for sure
Most likely, its an unwanted pregnancy, hence suction evacuation is probably done after the woman is advised of the various options

Cu T should be removed if th string is still visible...theres' a greater chance of spontaneous abortion if th IUD is left in place than if it is removed.

as pregnancy is unwanted..(b) wuld b th appropriate answer.
