No need of confusion regarding this.

In ovarian failure, the follicles are finished prematurely and ovary is sclerosed. This condition gives rise to progressive disturbance in menstruation and premature menopause. It is a cause of secondary amenorrhea in 10% of cases.

So logically ovarian faliure seems to be the right answer for progressive secondary amenorrhea. But this as an exact term could not be found, so it needs be confirmed.
