TRANSFERENCE-
this is patient 's feeling ,behaviour and relationship with the therapist.

ABOUT REALITY TESTING-i think its related toSTRUCTURAL THEORY OF MIND.this was given by FREUD.he divided mental apparatus into 3 dynamic stuctures-
1)THE ID-related to pleasure thinking
2)THE EGO-related to reality principle
3)THE SUPER EGO-which is predominantly unconscious.
