answer is 2. nonsmokers are having lung cancer taht does not means smoker is not having this and it has been already mentined taht study indicates nonsmokers can have so 3 is also wrong and it is proved taht smoking is not the only indication of ca. lung si etiology of ca.lung is multifactorial.

i agree but i feel it shud b 2 coz the Q doesnt say anything bout incidence of Ca lung being greater in smokers or non smokers only tthat it was found in non smokers
