how is the digestion of immunoglobulin by PAPAIN different from that by PEPSIN?

sorry dont have optiions --but this qn was asked in a recent competitive exam .

thanks chand....

just relogged to type the ans to this what i found in anathnarayan!

pepsin breaks Fc fragment into smaller pieces.

and papain acts on the hinge region and breaks Ig into -2 Fab,and 1Fc fragment.

yr picturesque ans ans makes it all the more easy to retain.
