according to me it cant be A because that will lead to hypertension
C will ultimately cause retention of water to maintain body osmolality
D is ruled out

B will lead to increase in GFR which will increase the urinary output and will help to bring back the BP back to normal

in hypertension there is water retension which leads to release of digitalis like substance which causes contraction of vascular smoth muscle
another explanation is sodium itself penetrates vascular smooth muscle and causes contraction n also question is asking what is there in hypertension
