answer should be aspirin as usual.
recall that for aspirin toxicity , the reversal takes 7 days --> duration for replenishment of fresh platelets.

can any one give the reference for this non competetive inhibition of COX by aspirin is a covalent one?
i wasn't able to find it out in our books (tripathy, harrison)
