guys can some one tell me if aimeca is an authentic body of private colleges as ppl in my college do not confirm so..same with many of pre pg sites....

The Karnataka Association of Private Medical, Dental and Engineering Colleges

Wish to convey the following for the kind information and guidance of Students and Parents:

v A notification has been issued by an organization not known to us and claiming to be an all India association of medical, Dental and engineering colleges. This notification notifies about applications for PG Entrance Exam proposed to be conducted by this organization.

v The Government of Tamil Nadu has issued a press release cautioning students that the above organization, which has issued the notification, lacks the bonafide stature and is not recognized to conduct All India entrance Exam

v None of the Medical, Dental or Engineering Colleges of Karnataka who are members of our association are associated with this organization, which has issued this notification. The only authorized examination which will form the basis for admission decided by members institutions of our association will be the COMEDK PGET’ 2006 exam to be conducted by COMEDK which is proposed to be notified during the last week of December’ 05.

v Students and parents are requested not to be misled by notifications issued by such organizations
