You have to write to support[at]rxpg.com to know how your account can be verified. Everyone is eligible to be a verified user, regardless of the college or country you are from.

Just send a mail from the account u have used to register in RxPG. Write to support @ rxpg . com and u shall recieve instructions for account verification.

That scheme is now retired.
However we would be giving away 10 thousand bonus credits to every verified member on 26th May 2013, which is RxPG's 10th Birthday. Official announcement would soon follow.
