We are aware of the problems with our server speed yesterday. We tried to manage that without taking the server offline for 10-12 hours (which actually is needed as we need to put in a major upgrade) and that resulted in slow page loading for some users. The server is now stable and fast, but the upgrade is still needed - which we have scheduled for after the NEET exam to cause minimal disruption in your access to RxPG at such a crucial time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused. Also can we highlight that contacting us on support[at]rxpg.com is the fastest way to get support from admin or tech team. Writing in forums and hoping that somehow relevant RxPG staff would see it does not help us to be able to support you in timely manner.

We hope you were happy with the speed and efficiency of the servers today. Our techs spent the entire night yesterday to tweak and adjust the server.
