In a case of pharyngeal pouch the investigation of choice is "Barium swallow".Because with endoscopy there is risk of perforation.The signs and symptoms of pharyngeal pouch are:

1) S-----Soft swelling on side of neck
2) A-----Aspirates liquids
3) C-----Coughs and Splutters after eating
4) I------Intramuscular cervical dysphagia

SACI = PP (pharyngeal pouch)
