all r true except

1. bladder may b a part of the hernia
2. can b a large inguinal hernia extending to the scrotum
3. requires meticulous dissection from the posterior wall before repair
4. usually seen in elderly patients

I think it should b 2 cuz sliding hernias are usually direct hernias and present as inguinal rather than as inguino-scrotal swellings..
