A patient having no signs of osteoarthritis but have pain in joints since 2 months, she is in the state of meno pause, what will be its Dx? & a orthopedic specialist has given her calcium tablets, her RF is not done. how can it be judged that she has the deficiency of calcium? Mild stiffness inthe morning has been felt by her since last 2 months . No Heberdens nodes present in her hand. Swelling is also so mild that cant b confirmed as swelling of osteoarthritis, no ulnar radiation of fingers ever found.
