hi herz the ref,

dorland's web dictionary,

by the way lazarine is nothing but lucio phenomenon, hence i thought it didnt require a ref.........

"Lucio's l. a form characterized by diffuse lepromatous infiltration of the skin occurring especially in Latin America, particularly in Costa Rica and Mexico. Advanced cases may be complicated by a reactional state (Lucio's phenomenon) in which multiple areas of obstructive vasculitis cause dermal necrosis with resultant ulcers that heal with scarring. Called also diffuse l. of Lucio and lazarine"

more to it

non nodular form
diffuse
loss of body hair
hoarse voice
melancholy look

shd do i guess!
