hi there ....i need to know it urgently abt type of visa to uk 1 needs to apply for a clinical attachment......also do lemme knw if visa can b applied for takin PLAB 1 exam from london........also plz do tel if u guys knw wat supportin documents wud b required in either case.....thnx in advance.......

I can tell you about clinical attachment.
First get proper letters from the consultant or the medical staffing mentioning clearly the dates on which you are going to do the attachments. Get the dates to cover a period of about 6 months as only then you will have the full benefit of the 500 or 335 pounds which you will be paying for a personal appearance or by post respectively. for example it could be a single letter for 6 months which is difficult to get or thre attachments of roughly 6 weeks each. the last day of your stay will correspond to the last day of you attachment. so if you apply with 4 months of attachment you wil get visa only for that period.
you should also have the sponsorer's letter with three months payslips or bank statements. the sponsorer should clearly mention his status in this country if he is not British and take a copy of his passport and visa as a backup.he/she should also state that he will support you for the period of stay in this country while you are doing your attachment.
for PLAB 1 from london I am not very sure but yes you cannot take any exam in this country on a general visitor's visa so i think you need a separate visa.
