hi every one
have u ever heard of doctors managed to pass USMLE with low scores and failed to get residency there bcz of his low score not bcz of visa purposes

chances of getting into a residency program with a low score like 76-79 is 30%....as against 90% chances of getting a residency with scores of 90 and above.

getting good scores will increase your chances of being called for interviews...and leads to automatic increased chance of getting matched
