wet beri beri is always high output cardiac failure,characterised by high volume pulse.

yes in beri beri its a high output failure so the pulse cant be low volume . the cardiomyopathy develops about three months of severe deprivation and improves dramatically by thiamine treatment 100mg/day parentally for 7 days followed by 10 mg/d orally until there is complete recovery. Cardiovascular improvement occurs in £12 h,
