As it is about infants, rheumatic heart disease cannot be the answer..

Ghai says commonest infants is CHD, which is not option! Nelson also says VSD..

But as these are not options, I would like cardiomyopathy, as DCM is the commonest form of myocardial disease in children..Ghai..

I don't know about fluid overload...

So, I'll go with cardiomyopathy...
