according to letter by dghs(posted by amit gupta

1st round of counselling of state should end by 30th of may.......for which last date of joining will be 6th of june...........
2nd round of counselling should end by 13th of june for which last date of joining will be 20th of june........
and the course starts from 15th of june........
so to get maximum benefit state should start counselling only after last date of joining by all india quota i.e.19th may......
that makes possible date of 1st round of Bihar counselling from 20th to 30 th may........
