First the income certificate is needed for OBC students only, because there is some thing creamy layer in their category which includes current year income, if some one's income is more than 2 lacks than he/she will not consider as OBC.
second for nationality, last year I had given photocopy of my voter card which is given by election commission, but some of my friends shown there passport, driving license, ration card also, u just bring any one of them.
