Read these from Khurana:

Suppurative uveitis d/t pyogenic organisms..

Granulomatous uveitis typically occurs in response to anything which acts as irritant FB. Common organisms are Tb, leprosy, syphilis....

Non-granulomatous uveitis is d/t physical or toxic insult or as a result of different hypersennsitivity reacitons..

Allergic(hypersensitivity linked) uveitis is the commonest in clinical practice.. Microbial allergy- Once Tb focus was ised to be the most common cause of uveitis worldwide, but now it is rare. .. Other sources are streptococcal & other infections...

So, my answer would be streptococci...
