Answer is (d) Nil. If she was infected 6 months or more prior to conception with present kid, chances of transplacental transmission are nil, thereafter the chances rise, reaching 15% in 1st trimester, and 65% in III trimester.
The only way this kid will get infected, is if she has a recrudescence, and that happens if she is immunocompromised. Which isn't happening in this case, is it?
