Dear dr.Nickash,
Ans. C: Low platelet count

Hellp syndrome is emergency in obstetrics practice, due to gestational hypertention.Convultion -eclampsia: may be what you mention about cerebral metastasis ---due to hypercoagulative condition during pregnancy. It is as a hypercoagulation and trompocytopenia at first and then after- DIC. Massive microtrombosis could be resposible to seizures which is manifistation of cerebral involvement.
Elevated liver enzymes due to necrosis in liver, Hemolytic anemia could not be manifistation in seizures( I think...) Also, paralysis of lower limbs could be explained as consequency of cerebral trombosis, not as a cause.
