due to injury of snoh the most common nerve damaged is axillary nerve which supplies deltoid muscle and also sensory innervation to upper aspect of arm
hence its injury leads to flattenin of the round contour of deltoid and positive hamilton ruler test

Fracture of surgical neck of humerus results in

1. loss of sensation indorsal forearm
2. flat shoulder
3. wrist drop
4. claw hand


answer is flat shoulder because of axillary nerve.
