among men ca lung is commonest cause for secondaries to bone
among females Ca breast is the commonest cause for secondaries.
Ca lung is commonest among out of these.
Ca prostate, no question arises.
as Ca lung will be common in both men and women, its incidence is actually more than rest all. so thats the answer.
