dear friend
it is not specificaly a branch, but sreechithira institute and NIMHANS are offering DM neuroradiology where they teach interventions also.
interventional radiology include diagnostic as well as therapeutic. diagnostic include angiographies etc and therapeutic includes image guided procedures from US to DSA like aspiration, embolization and delivery of chemotherapeutic agents directly to the tumours etc. with out those degrees described above also you can practice interventional radiology if u r sufficiently trained in these procedures. It depends on the institution where you r studying now.
