Is it better to do internship in a Government college or private college?

Is it better to do internship in a hospital which is famous and has lots of rare cases and is highly sophisticated like CMC Vellore , St. John's bangalore, MMC chennai - Just to name a few or is it better to do in a hospital where you get a lot of common cases and with less infrastructure?

am doin interns in a govt college, ie KIMS hubli, there is bit of more work compared to private colleges but its fun to learn and earn icon_smile.gif
