Hey folks..i'm currently applying to the univs for 2007 match..I was wondering if someone could help me with thr following questions i have abt the visas.

1) Is it better to have an H1B if i want fellowship further on after my residency?

2) If I'm interested in H1B visa, should i also enter J1 in the visa option maybe just because i'll get more interview calls?

I also want to know about that someone please help regardin that..

If someone is on J1 then he can't continue fellowship on J1?? or H1b is recquired? and percentage of programs providing H1bs?
