I dont know why many are choosing the GRE route ????is it worth it...personally i feel u shouldnt go for masters degree unless u r truly interested in that subject....is it worth spending ur effort,money and 2 yrs just for getting a visa????

i feel if u have good step 1 scores and a clear vision they wont deny a visa

what do u think???

personally me too don't recomend GRE route but do u think that visa people will concern our score for giving us visa (never

i mean i dont think so )coz i my self know so many people who got 90's but denied of visa !

hey hey i'm not frightening any of u guys there (ofcourse i'm one of u who is terrified abt this visa )( getting a lot of crazy dreams too these days too)

but i'm juss saying that does scores ensure us a better prospects for visa ?

well i think all i know is work hard get gudscores and leave rest of the think to god(keep ur fingers crossed !)

i think cs visa is easy to get ( according to my seniors who r going now and according to discussions going on rxpg )(

welli agree with both of u but partly...

see visa thing is jus not dependant on one factor or two...definitely scores good and atleast one step given before u land up at that visa window please...i've known of rejections on the pretext that no steps were taken prior...
i think gud scores may help as they might impress the VO...

but keep in mind other factors as well which have been discussed elsewhere in us visa forum..

MPH or other masters may not be a bad option for adding experience besides a degree but keep in mind the cost and time..if it suits u go for it..but jus for sake of visa...restrai urself

Hi,
I think opting for a master's or a doctorate degree in a pre or para clinical subject is a really good idea. It is far cheaper when compared to the MLE route. It is now known that the doors of UK is closed for doctors. In all developed countries, there is no direct bias between the clinical people and the non clinical people. I know microbiologists who mint millions.. When the reality being so, there is no point in apporaching the issue with a Indian mindset.. unless u want to set up a shop here after returning that is..to treat patients.
